The cabins were freshly built in 2023. Each 2-story cabin has a modern farm-style finish. Huge, vaulted windows give a view like no other. A lot of the wood from the property was used to finish the interior trim and stairs in a unique pattern you will truly appreciate. Enjoy cooking with a view in an open kitchen with concrete countertops and an island large enough to entertain a large gathering. You will appreciate the time we took to make you feel at home in this majestic 1,340 square feet home with a peak ceiling height of 25’ 3”.

A quiet heat unit along with air conditioning will handle all the temperatures Southeast Alaska is known for. The cabins are set up to sleep 6 guests comfortably starting with the upstairs loft. A large king bed, along with a half bath, for added convenience, comes with a view you will love to wake up to. The beautifully crafted barn doors close off when you need some privacy and relaxation to watch your favorite movie. Downstairs has a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a beautiful shower.
You can see the ocean and mountain from any spot in the large open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. Both cabins are fully furnished as if you were right at home. A washer and dryer along with all the cooking utensils you will need to cook up a gourmet meal. A shared gazebo will keep you dry and warm with a BBQ set up to cook your daily catch. We also have a fire pit custom-built with a cooktop grill that makes the food taste even better with an open-flame smoke flavor. We have a list of recommended restaurants and attractions within the area of Ketchikan as well as recommended charters and boat rentals within minutes of the cabin.
