Ketchikan Cabin Rentals is owned and operated by Eric & Jennifer Spokely. Growing up as a child from the age of 10 Eric spent his summers fishing and hunting. Eric fell in love with the rich landscape of Ketchikan and all the things it had to offer. Twenty years later Eric and Jen fell in love, married, and raised 3 beautiful kids in Washington but always loved taking them to visit Eric’s mom and dad Dave and Kathy Spokely as often as possible. Fast forward 20 years and all our three children Austin, Abigail, and Carson grew up and moved out to start lives and families of their own giving Eric and Jen time to look for property in the Ketchikan area. We came across a property with a mountainside leading to the water with a view like no other, the property was untouched, with no road, no power, just raw land. Immediately after purchasing the property a dream with a vision slowly unfolded. Within 4 months we fell about 70 trees from small alders to giant 100 feet tall spruce and cedars. A breathtaking view started unfolding right in front of us. Within 5 months we had over 200 feet of beautiful beachfront property just waiting for a couple of cabins to stake their claim. About a year and a half later from foundation to furniture 2 giant majestic cabins were finally built and open for business.  Along with those, a third cabin is in the design phase right now to be built on one of our upper two lots. We built these dream homes as a place to stay for us with our family and friends along with renting them out so others could get the chance to experience why we fell in love with them. When this project all started, we put a ton of thought and time into these 5-star retreats so that when you arrive you instantly feel at home with a view unlike no other, our goal is to have returning clientele and build relationships with our guests that will last a lifetime!
